There are two major types of leaders in our program; Junior Leaders (ages 9-13) and Peer Leaders (14 plus). Our leadership program is about working together through good sportsmanship training and adopting the “P.A.C.E. Achievement” principles. IKIC peer leaders support our junior leaders in the program by working on community service projects together in their community, building positive relationships and committing to making sure academics come first.
